Watermelon Eating Competition
At this year’s Family Fun Fest / Riverside County Fair, we’re thrilled to introduce a mouth-watering addition just for kids: the Watermelon Slice Eating Competition! This fun and festive contest is designed to let kids dive into the sweet, juicy world of watermelons, competing to see who can eat their slice the fastest. Open to all young fair-goers, this event is free to register, making it accessible for families looking for a playful and engaging activity for their children. The event will be Saturday May 31 at 4:00PM.
The champion of the Watermelon Slice Eating Competition will not only earn the title of the fastest watermelon eater in the valley but will also take home a special trophy and a cash prize to celebrate their achievement. This competition is a fantastic way for kids to participate actively in the fair’s festivities, make new friends, and enjoy some delicious summer fruit in a spirited environment. We encourage parents to register their children for a chance to win, enjoy, and make lasting memories at this unique and exciting event!
In line with our mission to provide affordable family entertainment, the Watermelon Slice Eating Competition embodies our commitment to offering activities that are both enjoyable and accessible to all fairgoers. We believe that great entertainment doesn’t have to come at a high cost, and we strive to keep our events priced reasonably so that every family can join in the fun. It’s all part of our broader goal to make the Family Fun Fest / Riverside County Fair a welcoming space for families to celebrate, learn, and grow together in a community-focused environment.
