LOST ITEMS
Each year, numerous items are reported as lost and found during the Family Fun Fest and Riverside County Fair. Our dedicated Guest Services team makes every effort to reunite guests with their lost belongings.
DID YOU LOSE SOMETHING AT THE FAIR?
REPORTING YOUR LOST ITEM If you realize you’ve lost an item at the Fair and you are still on-site, please visit Guest Services to file a Lost Item report. If you are no longer at the fairgrounds, please call our dedicated hotline at [Your Phone Number] and leave a detailed voicemail message. Include the following information:
- The date you lost the item
- A detailed description of the item
- Your first and last name (please spell them out)
- Your contact phone number
- If you’ve already filed a Lost Item report at the Fair, please mention the report date and number.
- For lost cell phones, include the brand, service provider, and any distinctive features (like a case or custom decoration).
- For lost keys, specify the type of keys (car, home, office), the approximate number of keys, whether it includes a keyless fob, and any key ring or decorative item description.
CLAIMING YOUR FOUND ITEM — DURING THE FAIR
If you receive notification from Guest Services that your lost item may have been found, follow these steps to claim it and receive a refund for parking and admission:
- Drive past the main parking entrance and proceed to the Ride Share lot—look for the Purple Banners. Park here.
- Proceed to the Guest Services booth at the main entrance and inform the staff that you are retrieving a lost item.
- Visit the Guest Services office to retrieve your item.
- Return to the Will Call booth for your refund.
- Return to your vehicle within 45 minutes to avoid towing.
Alternatively, you can pick up your item by appointment on a non-operational day (typically Mondays or Tuesdays during the Fair season) or after the fair has concluded. Please call Guest Services at [Your Phone Number] to schedule an appointment.
CLAIMING YOUR FOUND ITEM — AFTER THE FAIR HAS ENDED To claim your found item after the fair has ended, please contact Guest Services at [Your Phone Number] to make an appointment.
Please note, all unclaimed items will be donated in September.
