Lost people

At the Family Fun Fest and Riverside County Fair, the safety and well-being of our guests are paramount. If a child becomes separated from their parents, they should immediately seek assistance from a uniformed Fair employee or Fair ambassador. They will be escorted to the Guest Services office, a secure and calm environment, where we will swiftly take action to reunite them with their family.

Parents are advised to take a photograph of their child upon arrival using their mobile phone. In the event of separation, this photo will aid our Safety and Security Team in quickly locating the child.

Additionally, we offer “People Find” bracelets at our Information Booths and in Guest Services. These bracelets are recommended for children and any adult who might benefit from them. Please write a contact mobile phone number on the inside of the wristband—where it’s hidden from public view but accessible to Fair personnel. This simple step can be a crucial aid in ensuring the prompt reunion of families or groups.
